HOW TO PROCEED WITH THE ONLINE PURCHASE ?
After you have chosen your car and had a telephone conversation with one of our agents, we will prepare the whole transaction: we will send you all the documents by email (the contract, the car inspection and the payment invoice). To start delivery, it is necessary to deposit the amount related to the product in the bank account indicated in the invoice and payment.
WHAT SECURITY DO I HAVE TO DEPOSIT THE MONEY?
In advance, before depositing the money, a set of documents are signed (purchase agreement), the documents edited and designed by the law firm wich is delegated and designated by the German Online Business Control Organization, to provide 100% security to our clients. These documents and the permanent monitoring of transactions by the law firm provide 100% security for our clients. Everything works within the parameters of German and European online trading laws.
CAN I PAY FOR THE PRODUCT UPON DELIVERY, WITHOUT DEPOSITING THE MONEY?
Unfortunately this is impossible! If the car is in another country, the customs authorities ask us that the payment invoice be paid in full by the customer, in order to be able to leave the country. These are the customs laws, in the case of companies with our profile. In addition, the shipping is free for the buyer and we have had cases where the buyers did not respond when the delivery arrived. The material and time losses were considerable.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I REFUSE THE PRODUCT?
There is no problem or any material commitment on the part of the buyer. In this case, our company will take over the car from the buyer's address and the money will be returned on the spot. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BUYING ONLINE AND BUYING IN PERSON AT THE COMPANY HEADQUARTERS?
In the case of personal purchase, we cannot offer these benefits, and in addition, it depends on the country where the vehicle is located, the buyer will pay the related road tax, provisional numbers and mandatory insurance for at least 1 week. In some cases these costs can exceed EUR 1,000. In the case of online purchases, these costs do not exist, our company amortizing any costs incurred by the buyer.
